Venix for Sustainability

We are proud to present the results of the ESG Assessment conducted for Venix by Cerved Rating Agency S.p.A., the company that supports businesses in sustainable growth and risk protection.

The ESG Assessment places Venix in the High Band, with a score of 61/100, marking an improvement compared to the previous year.

Regarding the “Environmental” dimension, our performance is supported by ISO 9001 certification and efficient energy consumption management. On the “Social” front, key strengths include the adoption of the ISO 45001 Management System, a high level of employee training, and dedicated corporate welfare initiatives.

Finally, in the “Governance” area, which offers the most room for improvement, we have implemented an anonymous procedure for reporting unethical or unlawful behavior, further strengthening our risk prevention and compliance system. The adoption of a structured plan in this sector represents an opportunity for us to enhance the company’s overall sustainability.

This result has made us even more aware of both our strengths and the areas where we can improve, allowing us to continue our growth journey with an even stronger focus on sustainability and safety.
